Location in Dhigurah
Pearl Dhigurah stands in a calm, central part of Dhigurah, a long and narrow island in South Ari Atoll known for its wide bikini beach, its shaded jungle path and the sandbank stretching from the southern tip of the island. Dhigurah North West Beach is around 50 m away, so a swim before breakfast is easy, and local restaurants, cafés, shops and the harbour are all within a short walk or a few minutes by bicycle.
The island is one of the best places in the Maldives for encounters with whale sharks and manta rays, which live in the South Ari Atoll marine protected area year round. Snorkelling trips, diving, dolphin cruises, fishing and sandbank picnics all start close to the guest house, and the team will help you choose the excursion that suits the season and the sea conditions.
Villa International Airport on Maamigili is about 11 km away, and Dhaalu Airport is about 95 km away. Most guests arrive by speedboat or public ferry from Malé, or by domestic flight to Maamigili followed by a short boat ride, and transfers can be arranged in advance so someone meets you at the jetty.
Distances from the guest house
